Applications for 105 Nos. of Contractual Supervisor

Applications are invited from the eligible candidates for 105 Nos. of Contractual Supervisor throughout the State with Diploma in Computer Applications and MS-Office within 15-05-2023.

Selection shall be done district wise and only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview. Details are as follows:

Key roles and Responsibility

• Supervision of all activities of NER-AI Project and ABIPSS Project in the AI Centres allotted.

• Random field verification of all the events happening in the every month such as - 50% of AI done, 50% Pregnancy Diagnosis and 100% of calving in allotted AI Centres and verification data entry in Dairy Surveyor application.

• INAPH analysis for AI in his/her area of operation

• Assisting in collection of filled up INAPH formats to be received from the AI Centres allotted to him/her.

• Assisting AI technicians/MAITRI and coordinating with INAPH Nodal Officer in his/her respective districts to resolve any INAPH related issue.

• Submission of Monthly Progress Report to ALDA

• Participate/ Conduct of Farmer awareness program and other extension program.

Qualification, Age & Experience

• Should have minimum 12th Pass

• Should be a minimum of 18 years and maximum 38 years of age

• Should have knowledge of computer (Diploma in Computer Applications and MS office)

Other Essential attributes and skills

• Team working

• Basic knowledge of Animal Reproduction and Management

• Skill for Analysis of data for monitoring of AI activities Remarks

• He/ She will be allotted 10 to 15 AI centres (approx.).

• He/ She will be on tour for a minimum 0f 20 days per month

• He/ She Should own a two wheeler with valid DL and an android based smart mobile phone

Guidelines for the selection of Supervisors:

• Only shortlisted candidates shall be called for interview after Scrutiny of received applications based on eligibility criteria

• Conducting a personal interview with shortlisted candidates. List of shortlisted candidates shall be available in the website https://livestock.assam.gov.in/

Selection will be done district wise, only home district candidates will be selected

• Issuing letters to selected candidates

• Training and orientation on the project activities, including INAPH training and DSA training

• Engagement of supervisors in the field for one year and may be extended for another year if found satisfactory.

Last date of receipt application in hard copy is 15^th May, 2023 at the Office of the Chief Executive Officer, ALDA, Khanapara, Guwahati-22 up to 5.00 PM.
Candidates shall produce Original Documents at the time of interview
No TA/DA shall be provided to the candidates for interview.
Salary for Supervisor is Rs. 15,000.00 plus other allowances per month as admissible.
