ALDA provides frequent training and refresher courses which are meant for field and departmental officers, A.I. workers (VFA) and educated unemployed youth in order to be trained as AI workers. Organization of Farmer’s Orientation camp where farmer has a chance to interact directly with the technical experts of various fields of Animal Husbandry, shows good impact in popularizing the breeding programme which become evident in gradual increase in AI figure in last 5 years if not very fast as compared with other states of country. Now the demand of FS is increasing from the tribal areas and popularity of small scale farming is increasing.
