After improved AI service, the cattle population in Patharughat , Sipajhar area was in an increasing trend resulting in gradual increase of Milk production and meanwhile generating Self-Employment opportunities. Marketing of milk was reorganized by joining hand to form a society called Patharughat Dugdha Utpadan Samiti.The society has 42 permanent members and 21 SHG and 210 lady members producing 800-1000 litre milk collection per day.

Mangaldoi town area also shows achievement  of commercial production of milk after adoption of AI  - a society called Godhan Gopal  was formed with 45 members having 900 litre collection per day. It sales fluid milk and by products like cream, Dahi, sweets in Mangaldoi Town.
